In order to properly fulfill our obligations under the agreement, BYVOICE needs to ensure and enhance user experience, improve and administer products and services. That is why we may use account data, contact data, financial/payment data etc.
To improve the quality of our Services it’s necessary to BYVOICE to perform analyzing user behavior within the product; manual analysis of customer usage and communication by Success Managers; analysis of customer feedback unless you opted out.
